Little Rock, Ark.
A homeless man called East End Mike claims he is the real winner of the 2021 Little Rock Marathon.
East End Mike says Little Rock Police Department cops ran him and other homeless folks out of the Rivermarket just before the race began.
East End Mike says LRPD cops chased him onto the race course and tried to run him down with their tiny police car.
"Them cops was yelling and weaving all around runners on the road trying to catch up to me", stated East End Mike. He added, "Folks along the race kept cheering for me and hollering, go Mike go!"

We asked Marathon organizers about East End Mike's claim and they refused to provide a response.
A GoFundMe account has been set up to help East End Mike get off the streets and post bail.
